🌱 The Giramundo School is an initiative of the Giramundo Institute, born as a response to the food, climate, and social crises. With an innovative approach to agroecological education, it promotes sustainable practices that regenerate the soil, strengthen the autonomy of farming families, and ensure food security in both rural and urban areas.

Combining in-person and distance learning, the School aims to provide high-quality technical training that is accessible and inclusive — with gentle ramps, Braille signage, adapted restrooms, inclusive playgrounds, and a sensory garden. Everything is designed to welcome people with disabilities, educators, students, and diverse communities.

More than a school, it is a space for knowledge exchange, income generation, and the celebration of diversity. The mission is clear: to train multipliers, support organizations, and create a network of agroecological schools across Brazil.
